Purr Inside Of Me

All in all I didn’t write in June. I was promising you to add a note by the end of the month, but I had a lot of to do, so I had almost no free time. The most time consuming was making a movie. It’s really easy, but I had to pick not a lot of photos (from thousands of great shots) and movies, cut them, adjust contrast and find the soundtrack, which fits the theme and movie time.

It has been so long since I last wrote here. I had a lot of things to do and to be honest - I was even looking for new excuses for “I don’t have time for blogging right now”.
But I’m back right now, I always return here, no matter what...

It’s around one month since we have returned from Taipei. I planned to write something here earlier, but to be honest - partly I didn’t have a time, and mostly I didn’t want to…
Few unpleasant things happened to me and I just wanted to get used to them.

Well… I’ve been sick since we arrived in Taiwan and I still didn’t fully heal! I just caught the flu. I was taking tons of medicines and every time when I thought I’m finally getting better, flu has returned!
I had to cancel every meeting I had during this week. I hope then next week will stay exactly as I planned it before because I've already fallen behind with my duties.

After my first impressions there is time for more practical informations about Taiwan.
I was thinking about dividing this post for two shorter, but finally I realized, that it’s better to make one longer with the bolded titles inside. This will make it easier to avoid the notes about travelling for those who don’t like to read such topics. Today I’m going to write only about my Asian trip.

Today is my fourth day in Taiwan. We’ve arrived Sunday early morning, so we had the whole weekend for sightseeing.

At the first glance capital of Taiwan - Taipei was supposed to be dirty and grizzly. To be honest - most of the streets far away from the city center are sad, but definitely not dirty! Taiwanese people take care of the place they live and they’re not leaving any rubbish on the streets. It’s very positive, in my opinion, there are too little free-standing trash bins.

The closer to the center of Taipei, the more green it is. And I’m not talking about parks (they don’t have a lot of squares here), I’m actually talking about green loggias, small trees and pots full of plants standing along the streets! These are small elements, but they’re making the whole area really charming and perfect in its simplicity.

Next week we’re meeting Summer during this Winter. We’ve already bought flight tickets to Taipei! I’m counting days! I can’t wait to go to Asia. I’ve never been in this continent in the past, so I’m super excited and I still can’t believe that I can travel so far away from home.

At the end of January, we had to go to London again. It was an unexpected business trip, but we also had a lot of time for sightseeing and chilling in the city.

It’s time to sum up another year. Have you ever noticed, that I’m a blogger for almost 16 years?
I wrote my first note when I was in my primary school. I remember, that I used not-existing blog platform (eblog) that time… It was my first contact with HTML and JavaScript.

It’s the same again - I promised myself, that I’ll write notes more often than before… And I realized again, that I had time for everything else but not for writing. Sometimes I feel that I neglect my blog. Of course I wasn’t bored all this time, but still - I wasn’t here. I have a lot kind of hobbies, it’s really hard to divide my spare time for each of them. I would love to make everything, but when I fall down into some DIY I cannot stop making it.

Oh, it happened again - I haven’t written for a long time. 2 months for a blogger is like ages. I can only justify myself with a lack of time and no desire for writing. It’s always hard to return to writing after a long time because there is a lot of to say, but note shouldn’t have enormous length.
